It is exactly fitting to consider expansion on Winter solstice, when the amount of light each day begins lengthening again. Hope stirs, another cycle begins. My heart feels light.

The past year has been a series of pendulum swings between contraction and expansion for me. We’ve been moving, seriously downsizing, traveling, celebrating life in our 60s, being introspective, and taking chances. At this stage of life, it can be so very easy to begin to withdraw to a comfortable place and settle in with a stack of books and a quilt. As wonderful as that can be, I’ve rejected any feeling of contraction that might come with it.

Instead, I’m reaching out a little more, learning and working every day, serving with as much grace as I am granted, even expanding and starting a new business! I am so happy continuing to connect with friends and family far and wide, planning travel to new places with only a backpack, putting myself out there to serve, showing up with my whole self. Expanding, not contracting. But all with balance. Being an introvert at heart, there are definitely times when I need quiet and solitude. But instead of sinking into that, I use it to refresh and renew my spirit to get back out there. Each day is a gift to explore.

My new business? Glad you asked! Considering my past work experience in technology and my current work helping others reduce stress, it seems only fitting that I am expanding to serve women working in the technology arena who are suffering from chronic stress. I was there. I remember. And I am thankful to have found relief using all the tools I learned. Visit my newest web site and let me know what you think: FromStressedToCalm.com. I am very happy to offer this expansion of EFT Tapping Source. Breathe. Tap. Find gratitude. Expand!

Keep Calm and Tap On!

Please remember: It's important to contact a professional if things feel too big for you, whether it be a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or certified EFT practitioner. Never discontinue your current medications without first consulting your doctor.
