Yet another very cool thing about EFT: you don’t even have to be working individually on an issue with an EFT coach. Simply by tapping along with someone else who is tapping on their issue, you receive the benefits of tapping for yourself! Say you are watching a video of someone tapping on their back pain and you have back pain or even some other physical pain that is bothering you. By tapping along on yourself and saying the setup statement and reminder phrases along with them, maybe adjusting your words to fit your specific issue if you choose, you will receive the benefits of the tapping as though you were right there with the coach!
Or you might be in a group workshop or meeting where everyone is tapping along with someone on a stage. You tap and repeat the words and your issue is addressed as well. These borrowed benefits share themselves unselfishly so that we can all benefit from the simple act of tapping along with others. Neat, eh? Even if the issue in the video or in the workshop is not exactly like your issue, chances are the underlying emotional imbalance is similar enough to allow you to benefit as well. Try it!
